Reservations and Booking - Do We Need Reservations?
Reservations are highly recommended. We do our best to accommodate last-minute add-ons or walk-ons but cannot guarantee play or equipment unless you have reservations.
How far in advance do we need to make a reservation?
We recommend making paintball reservations a week or two prior to your trip date, earlier if possible. We will however accept paintball reservations up until the day of … as long as there is still availability.
Can I combine more than one special?
Sorry, No two specials apply. So, please choose the special that best fits your needs and budget.
How Do I Make Reservations?
Reservations are simple. Just pick a date, tell a few friends, and either call us at (727-862-2222) or book online at www.oxparks.com . Internet reservations can be made up to 24 hours in advance of your paintball trip.
What about a Deposit?
When you make a PRIVATE PARTY reservation we do require the “up to 10 Person” price in full. Payments are non-refundable. If for any reason you’d like to postpone your event, you may do so as often as needed until you have your party. Deposits are not required for walk-on (playing with others who come to the park) paintball.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
If your plans change, or there is inclement weather, or for any other reason you are not able to make your scheduled time, we would be happy to reschedule or postpone your party until your are able. Players who do not show up the day of the outing, or do not contact us within 24 hours of their scheduled event will forfeit their payment.
Do We Need to Bring a Group?
Individuals and groups of all sizes are welcome. For individuals or small groups (less than 20 people) we will form paintball teams, let your party stay together, and do our best to match you against a group of equal size and skill. If you have a group of 20 or more, you can make reservations in advance to play on a variety of private paintball fields all day—just you and your friends!
Equipment and ammo
All paintball packages include a paintball marker (gun), a pod belt that holds additional paintballs to carry with you on the field, and a full paintball face mask (goggles). Camo jumpsuits are not necessary, so they are not included. However, you may rent a jumpsuit or chest protector. We use Prestige Field paint which is a high-quality ball that has a brittle shell and vibrant colored paint fill.
Can I bring my own paintball gun?
YES!! You are permitted to bring your own paintball gun. We allow both pump and semi-automatic .68 caliber paintball guns. Full-Automatic paintball guns are not permitted!! All personal paintball guns will be chronographed by our paintball referees and must chronograph at 280 f.p.s. or lower.
Can I Bring My Own Paintballs?
No! We allow field paintballs only here at Outdoor Xtreme. There are many brands of paintballs on market. Some of which are made with non-eco-friendly ingredients. Here at Outdoor Xtreme our paint is custom made for us to perform at top level and are all Eco-Friendly.
What Kind of Equipment Do You Use?
We only use the best equipment available to make you have the best experience possible. All our equipment is maintained regularly to make sure it is all in top working condition.
How Much Paint Will I Need?
The average player shoots approximately 750 paintballs per day. All Players MUST use Outdoor Xtreme paintballs. Leftover paintballs can be used for your next visit.
What should I wear?
You should dress for the weather conditions. Wear clothes that you do not mind getting dirty and sturdy footwear. Flip Flops, and sandals, are not permitted. We also offer camo jumpsuit rentals to help you hide in the woods and to keep your clothes clean on that car ride home.
Safety
What Are Your Policies on Safety?
We have maintained an excellent record of safety over the years. However, any outdoor adventure activity offers varying degrees of inherent natural risk. The individual’s concentration on the task and various other factors contribute to your paintball adventure. Therefore, Outdoor Xtreme cannot assume responsibility for property loss or personal liability. If you question your physical abilities, please consult your physician. You will be asked to acknowledge your acceptance of these conditions before your day by signing a waiver of liability form agreeing to participate at your own risk. Have each member sign the online waiver in advance – this will speed up your check-in process!
Can I play if I’m wearing a cast or have an injury?
You may not play if you’re wearing a cast on any part of your body. You must be without injury to play. We require this due to our concern for your safety and due to the guidelines of our insurance policy.
What is the minimum age?
The minimum age for regular paintball and airsoft is 10 years of age. For Low Impact (private groups only) the minimum age is 8 years old. Gellyball is for ages 5 and up.
